About me
My name is Kendra Tovey. I am an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist and IFS level 1 trained Therapist. I work with adolescents and adults.

The arts are used as a tool to help explore and communicate emotions and experiences that may lie buried within. My primary focus, however, is on the relationship. Listening and learning to each client, to understand their own internal systems and sub-personalities helps each individual feel heard and feel safe enough to find new potential paths to help create mental balance and harmony.

If the relationship is at the core of the therapeutic process, the various modalities can be woven around it like different coloured ribbons, depending on what is presented on different days or in different situations.
I work in Sevenoaks, Kent and can offer face to face sessions or zoom.
I am a member of the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT) and am registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). All Art Therapists in the UK have to be registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and adhere to their standards of proficiency.
